1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unused Products: If you change your mind, you may return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Defective or Unusable Products: If you receive a product that does not work due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will ask for clear photos and/or videos showing the issue so our support team can confirm the problem before starting the return or replacement process.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that show signs of use, damage from misuse, or improper handling cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products that fail due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorized modifications) are not covered.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective upon inspection.
- For approved returns, we will provide clear instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
- If returning an unused product, the refund will be issued after verifying it remains in original, resellable condition.
- If returning a defective product, a refund or replacement will be issued once the issue has been verified.
